Neal Ater - CEO

Neal Ater verfügt über mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung in Sachen Software für das Storage- und System-Management. Er war für Produktentwicklung, F&E sowie den Geschäftsbetrieb von Startups und Global-2000-Umgebungen großer Softwareunternehmen tätig. Zu Aters bisherigen Erfahrungen mit Storage-Software zählen gehobene Posten bei Seagate Software und VERITAS Software. Als Unternehmer konnte er mit zwei äußerst erfolgreichen Startup-Unternehmen Erfahrungen sammeln: Goal Systems International, ein führender Anbieter von Lösungen für das Mainframe-Systemmanagement, und OnDemand Software, ein branchenführender Entwickler von Softwaredistributionsprodukten. Zuletzt war Ater CEO von Storactive, wo er dem Unternehmen zu einer dominanten Marktposition im Bereich kontinuierliche Datensicherung verhalf und erfolgreich den Zusammenschluss mit Atempo betrieb.

Fabrice de Salaberry - Vice President EMEA Sales und General Manager für Atempo S.A.

Fabrice de Salaberry ist bei Atempo verantwortlich für den gesamten Vertrieb für den Bereich EMEA. De Salaberry kam 1998 zu Atempo und war als Central European Sales Director und Vice President of Strategic Business entscheidend an der Steigerung des Marktanteils und Bekanntheitsgrades von Atempo in Frankreich und ganz Europa beteiligt. Bevor er zu Atempo kam, war de Salaberry Director of Sales für Frankreich bei der Software AG, einem in Deutschland ansässigen führenden Anbieter von Systemsoftware und Services für Integration und Management von Unternehmensdaten. De Salaberry verfügt über einen Abschluss der Ecole Supérieure de Commerce des Arts et Métiers in Paris sowie einen Master-Abschluss in Marketing des CNAM.

Bob Hickey - VP of Sales, North America & APAC

Bob Hickey has over 17 years of sales and sales management experience. Most recently Hickey was SVP Seagate Services leading three business units and 140 sales personnel. Seagate Services acquired EVault in January of 07. Bob served for six years as SVP of EVault leading the organization from less than $2 million in sales to a run rate of $67 million. He was responsible for strategic direction, top line revenue growth and led the organization to profitability within three years. Prior to that Hickey worked as Regional VP at Digital Commerce Corporation, Area Director at Telco Communications (bought by Bell Canada), AT&T and Allnet Communications (bought by Frontier Communications).

Jon Foster - Senior Vice President Global Operations and Corporate Development

Bevor er zu Atempo kam, war Jon Foster als CFO von Keymage tätig, einem mit Risikokapital finanzierten Anbieter von Unternehmenssoftware mit Sitz in Paris und im Silicon Valley. Davor war Foster Senior Vice President of Corporate Development und General Counsel von 8x8 Inc., einer AG, die Software und Halbleiter für VoIP-Anwendungen anbietet. Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei 8x8 war Foster stellvertretender Direktor des White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. Davor war er als Anwalt für die Kanzlei Crowell & Moring tätig. Foster verfügt über einen Abschluss in Maschinenbau der Yale University und einen Abschluss in Jura der Harvard Law School.

Mark Sutter – Chief Technologie Officer and Vice President, Engineering

Mark Sutter has over 25 years of experience managing the development of leading edge products and services in the storage, systems, and networking industries, both with established market leaders and with early stage startups. He has held executive engineering and product management positions at VERITAS Software, Seagate Software, CreekPath Systems, NetLabs, and Network Equipment Technologies, and began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories. Mark has also acted as an interim executive and strategic advisor to a variety of high-tech companies in the storage, software-as-a-service, and IT service provider markets. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in Operations Research from Stanford University.

Paul Walman - Vice President, Finance

Paul Walman has a 12 years track record of financial management experience in the professional service industry as well as in the software industry, both with mature companies and with start-ups. Before joining Atempo, he served as the Finance Director of the European operations of ICG-Commerce. Paul also served in finance positions at Baan Company and Attachmate. Paul holds a masters degree in Business Economics from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
